Flory is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to all desserts, cakes and how she explains her quality ingredients had us sold immediately. Flory suggested a love heart cake for our wedding and we ended up asking her to create two cakes for us. All of her ingredients are 100% fresh, fresh fruit, fresh cream and her mousse filling is divine. Our wedding guests said it was the nicest cake they had ever tasted. Flory is really gifted at her craft and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best wedding cake possible. She will create a masterpiece. Flory baked the cakes for our wedding in September. They were amazing every body commented on how wonderful they tasted. We had a main cake and some smaller samples in different flavours as well as gluten free. They all tasted gorgeous. The presentation of the cakes was beautiful. We were delighted with it all.
