Wedding Service

Quotation validity: Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date issued. Your date is confirmed once the booking deposit is received.

Booking deposit: A 40% booking deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your place in my calendar and covers planning time and preparation.

Final balance: The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Payments: If the final balance is not received by the due date, the booking may be released. In this case, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Cancellations: If the booking is cancelled by the client for any reason, the booking deposit is non-refundable. At this time, Flory’s Bakery does not offer rescheduling.

Final details & changes: To ensure a smooth and beautiful experience, final details (design elements, flavours, and guest numbers where applicable) must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event. After this point, changes may not be possible and may involve additional costs.

Delivery & care at the venue: Once delivery and/or set-up has been completed, the client and/or venue is responsible for keeping desserts and display items in the best condition (including safe handling and suitable temperature/storage).

Stands & display items: Any stands, props or display items provided remain the property of Flory’s Bakery. The client is responsible for any loss or damage, which may be charged at repair/replacement cost.

Allergens: Products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.
Gluten-free cakes are available. Every care is taken, however trace cross-contact may be present.

Circumstances outside our control
: In rare situations outside our control (for example severe weather, venue closure, accidents, power outages or major supplier disruption), Flory’s Bakery will always do its best to deliver as agreed. Where delivery is not possible due to these circumstances, we cannot accept liability for non-performance. Any work completed and costs already incurred remain payable.

If we must cancel: In the unlikely event Flory’s Bakery needs to cancel due to reasons within our control, any payments received will be refunded.

Cakes for All Occasions

Booking deposit: A 30% booking deposit is required to secure your order. No order is scheduled until the deposit is received. The booking deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled.

Final payment: The remaining balance is due on the collection day.

Collection & food safety: Please respect your agreed collection time and food safety guidelines. Once collected, the cake becomes the customer’s responsibility to transport and store correctly.

Storage & shelf life: Cakes should be kept refrigerated and are best consumed within 3 days.
