For as long as I can remember, baking have been a big part of my life. I could say I grew between flour and sugar.I especialy remember the festive occasions when cakes and sweet treats played a big role in our celebration.Those memories helped me find purpose in life - to make people happy and spread joy through my sweet creations.After many years working in Wedding Industry, most of them in Italy, I moved with my family in Ireland and I decided to share here my International Baking experience.So here I am, creating Unique and Original Desserts...the perfect mix between Irish Tradition and Authentic International Taste...serving happiness in every bite!
